Caso Paine, se refiere a los hechos ocurridos en septiembre de 1973, donde patrullas militares, de carabineros en conjunto con civiles, toman detenidos a un grupo importante de hombres y mujeres en la localidad de Paine, y los trasladan a diferentes centros de detención, posteriormente son ejecutados políticos y otros hoy siguen desaparecidos.
